A 75-minute gentle vinyasa flow: we begin by slowing warming up the body, then gently increase the movement to encourage circulation of prana before slowing back down and bringing ease to any remaining tension. The practice ends with a delicious yin heart opener, a seated heart chakra meditation, and a luscious shavasana.
